We’re Havn Hosting, a vacation rental management team created by rental owners who were exhausted from handling everything solo. From listing creation and price optimization to guest communications, turnover scheduling, and property maintenance; we handle the day-to-day so you can focus elsewhere. Lucas, Carissa, Kit, and Jenny are our founders; they’re Airbnb Superhosts with properties that regularly rank in the platform’s top 10%. We launched this company from our own experience as rental owners; we understand what works because we’ve tested it on our own units.
