Their counter showcases more than a dozen varieties on any given day, from old favourites like Classic Apple and Maple Pecan to signature flavours such as Lavender Honey Pear and Salted Caramel Apple. They also bake seasonal savoury pies, including Chicken Pot Pie and Mushroom Leek, plus smaller treats: butter tarts, shortbread slices, and cinnamon buns made with slow-fermented dough. Whole pies come in 9-inch and 6-inch sizes, and they offer pie-by-the-slice on weekends. Special orders for events and custom corporate trays are available with 48 hours notice.
